Sandra's Favourite Roast
I was in search of a bold, yet classic medium roast, and I was pleasantly surprised with the flavour of Kicking Horse's Kootenay Crossing. It is aromatic, subtle, and yet smooth on the palette. Since I prefer a milder espresso, it made a wonderful wake-up in a cup!
